About iDA studio

Ideative and Inclusive architecture and design solutions.

iDA studio is an alliance of architects and designers within an open studio setting, located in Los Angeles, motivated by a desire to link us and the world around us. It is a non-hierarchy oriented inclusive architecture and design studio, of ideas and invention, engaged in creative design problem solving.

iDA studio was founded in 2021 with an idea of design as a problem-solving process with clearly defined goals and objectives. We approach this with in-depth analysis and understanding of the project context with awareness of roles of creativity, art, architecture, crafts, nature and technology.

iDA studio carries 40 years of TTTA legacy in responsible design that bridges art and architecture, recognizing the challenges we face in our environment. Our core values embrace arts, crafts, architectural and urban scenarios, globalization and shared diversity with unbiased design processes with our diverse staff expertise and experiences

Our Mission: Our goals include offering optimized design solutions to our clients that are responsive to social and natural contexts with unbiased and inclusive design approaches. Our perspective is meant to enhance our lives, as well as advancing creative design solutions that is social, cultural and nature oriented with refined articulation of art, architecture, crafts and technology.

Our Team: Architectural staff includes four founding architects and designers with diversified backgrounds and experiences in designing, crafting and building, in a multi-disciplinary context. Each staff is equally skilled in leading a project with expert designability and the founding philosophy while the whole team embraces the projects.

Our Services: Architectural design from predesign to contract administration, transit design, urban design, passive design, master planning and development consultation.

Arts & Crafts and Research: Product design, Furniture, Art Promotion, Musical Instruments, Research Articles, et al.

iDA studio has another mission to seek out to broaden the audience of arts and crafts. We believe artists’ conception should be seen or heard in an accessible manner. We also believe we should make arts accessible for immediate and day-to-day life experiences.

As part of our arts and crafts association, iDA studio has a branch studio "Los Angeles StringWorks" that designs and builds unique musical instruments. Please see below for further information.
